Commission-based cleaning sales

No base salary or hourly pay. Earnings depend on qualifying cleaning sales and customer payments received by ShineTide.
Help people and businesses find the cleaning support they need. We’re looking for sales-minded people who can connect ShineTide with customers seeking recurring commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, deep cleaning, turnovers, or one-time service.
How you earn
| Recurring cleaning | 10% of each payment the customer makes to ShineTide for qualifying recurring cleaning. |

| One-time cleaning | A $100 bonus plus 10% of what the customer pays for a qualifying one-time cleaning. |
| Payment timing | Earned commissions and the $100 one-time bonus are paid within 3 days after ShineTide receives the corresponding customer payment. Nothing is paid before customer payment is received. |
Illustrations, not earnings promises: a $2,000 recurring customer payment produces $200 commission. A $500 one-time cleaning payment produces $150 total ($100 bonus + $50 commission). No guaranteed income or guaranteed customer volume.
What you’ll do
- Find customers with real cleaning needs within Los Angeles and our surrounding 30-mile service area.
- Introduce ShineTide to offices, property managers, restaurants, retail businesses, landlords, and residential customers.
- Help interested customers request a quote or arrange a walkthrough with the ShineTide team.
- Keep accurate records of introductions and customer conversations so sales can be attributed correctly.
- Use truthful outreach, respect opt-outs, and never promise unapproved prices, availability, insurance, or service capabilities.
Who should apply
People with relevant sales, business-development, referral, property-management, hospitality, or local-business experience. Tell us how you would find customers and what experience you bring. You do not need to send us customer names or confidential contact lists to apply.
