By using shine-tide.com or requesting a quote from ShineTide Cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
ShineTide Cleaning provides commercial and residential cleaning services throughout Los Angeles and the surrounding 30-mile radius, including but not limited to office, medical, restaurant, retail, warehouse, apartment, gym, school, church, post-construction, and residential cleaning.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes requested through our website or by phone/text are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a free walkthrough of your facility and may vary based on square footage, condition, frequency, and scope of work.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Recurring service schedules are agreed upon between ShineTide and the client. We ask for reasonable advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of a cleaning visit whenever possible.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a cleaning visit does not meet the standard promised in your service agreement, contact us and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Access and Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for scheduled cleaning visits and for securing valuables and fragile or sensitive items prior to service. ShineTide is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items not properly secured or disclosed prior to service.

Content on shine-tide.com is provided for general informational purposes about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website is free of errors at all times.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
